This policy explains what Picwork Pty Ltd (ABN 13 703 281 967) (“picwork”, “we”) collects when you buy and use Birdseye.

When you buy

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email address, name and payment details such as the amount and receipt number — never your card number. We use your email to identify your licence and to contact you about your purchase.

When you use the app

When Birdseye activates or checks your licence, it sends us your licence key, the app version, your computer's name, whether it's a Mac or a PC, and a one-way scrambled identifier of your computer (so a key can be tied to one computer). We keep a record of when each computer last checked in.

Birdseye does not send us your photos, projects, reports or locations. They stay on your computer.

Where it's stored

Licence records are stored with Cloudflare. Payment records are stored with Stripe. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your choices

Email support@picwork.org to see, correct or delete your information. Deleting it also cancels your licence.
